Terms of Use — Sisu

These Terms govern your use of the Sisu: AI Dance, Video & Photo app ("the App"), provided by Burak Eryavuz ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. Contact: sisu.team.support@gmail.com.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard "Apple EULA": apple.com/legal/…/stdeula).

2. Coins & subscriptions

• Generating content consumes coins. Coins are a consumable in-app purchase with no monetary value and are non-refundable except as required by law or by Apple's policies.
• Some features require a subscription. Subscriptions are auto-renewable; payment is charged to your Apple ID, and they renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
• Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple per its policies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

• upload images you do not own or have permission to use, or images of other people without their consent;
• create content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or that impersonates others or infringes rights;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its usage/rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Your content and AI output

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us the limited right to process them to provide the service (including transmission to our AI provider to generate output). You are responsible for the content you upload and for how you use the generated output.

5. AI disclaimer

Generated content is produced by AI and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or not resemble the input. The App is provided for entertainment. We do not guarantee any particular result.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its content (excluding your uploads and outputs) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate the service or your access, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye (Turkey), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
