This Privacy Policy explains how Burak Eryavuz ("we", "us") handles information in the Sisu: AI Dance, Video & Photo app ("the App"). Questions: sisu.team.support@gmail.com.

The App lets you upload a photo and generate AI dance videos, videos, and images from it. Generation runs on our servers, which send your photo to our AI provider to produce the result.
The App uses anonymous sign-in only. We do not ask for your name, email, or password. Your data is tied to a pseudonymous account identifier generated on your device, not to your real-world identity.

To create your content, the photo you provide is transmitted to and processed by our third-party AI provider, Fal.ai. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use, or images of other people without their consent.
We use UXCam to record in-app sessions (screens and taps) to improve usability. Screens that show your uploaded photo or generated results are masked so your images are not captured in recordings.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy: Apple, Google Firebase, RevenueCat, Amplitude, UXCam, and Fal.ai.
You can delete your account and all associated data (your generations and uploaded/generated media) from Settings → Delete Account inside the App. This permanently removes your user record, generation history, and stored media from our systems.
Our providers may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.
Depending on your region (e.g., EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. Because the App is anonymous, the primary control is in-app account deletion. For other requests, contact sisu.team.support@gmail.com.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
